Irvington Pollinator Pathway Project-Living Classroom Series #2

November 13 @ 7:00 pm - 8:45 pm

The Irvington Pollinator Pathway Project Invites You to “Living Classroom Series #2”

As part of Irvington’s Pollinator Pathway Project, the Greater Irvington Land Trust and Irvington Green Policy Task Force invite you to the Irvington Public Library on Tuesday, November 13 at 7 p.m. to hear Dennis Haverkamp of Bedford Bees speak about creating a habitat that will encourage honeybees and bumblebees to thrive.

The Pollinator Pathway Project is raising awareness about the important  relationships between native plants and pollinators and hopes to encourage landowners to leave a portion of their property insecticide-free and planted with native flowers and grasses that are attractive to birds, butterflies and bees, so they can thrive.
